Christmas and New Year are not always happy days for everyone. For some, it is a painful time, made only more painful by the reminder of everyone else’s joy. We remember this today. Winter is here, and for certain people it comes with increased levels of pain and suffering, if only for the fact that merriment becomes the destination for many, and it is a far away place for some people.
